We offer comprehensive treatment of pain to ensure the best results. There are a growing number of physicians in Tulsa offering pain management services. The majority of these providers have no formal training in pain management, and may not manage narcotic medications within the standard of care. Many of these physicians simply refuse to assume narcotic prescriptions, preferring instead to be “injectionists.” When they have exhausted injection therapy, they return the patient to the referring physician for the management of narcotic medications. We at Tulsa Pain believe that the treatment of pain involves appropriate injection therapy and ongoing care beyond the injections. And both of our physicians are fellowship trained specifically in pain management.
