Andrew F. Revelis, M.D.
Andrew F. Revelis, M.D.

Dr. Revelis is a native of Oklahoma, graduating from Bishop Kelley High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry in 1990 from Knox College in Illinois.  He received his Master’s Degree in 1992 in Physiology from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Medicine.  He completed his Medical Degree from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Medicine in 1996.

He performed his internship in General Surgery at Methodist Hospital of Dallas in 1997.He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Texas Southwestern-Parkland Hospital in Dallas where he also served as chief resident in his final year. 

Dr Revelis completed a fellowship in Pain Management at the University of Texas Southwestern-Parkland Hospital in 2001.  He has been in practice at Tulsa Pain Consultants since the completion of his fellowship in 2001.

His interests include the treatment of neck and back pain, implantable spinal devices, spinal diagnostics, spinal interventional techniques, and complex regional pain syndrome (reflex sympathetic dystrophy).  He is a member of the International Spinal Injection Society and numerous other professional societies and organizations.
 
 
Martin L. Martucci, M.D.

Dr. Martucci is a native of California, and grew up in Texas. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in 1985 from Rice University in Houston, Texas.  He received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1988 in Law from the University Of Texas School Of Law.  He completed his Medical Degree from the University Of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1997.

He performed his internship in General Surgery at Methodist Medical Center of Dallas in 1998.He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University Of Texas Southwestern-Parkland Hospital in Dallas where he also briefly served as Associate Professor.  Dr. Martucci completed a fellowship in Pain Management at Texas Tech University in Lubbock in 2002. 
He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiologists in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management.  He has been in practice at Tulsa Pain Consultants since 2003.

His interests include the treatment of neck and back pain, spinal intervention techniques and spinal diagnostics.  He also enjoys rock climbing, running and physics.

Brad
Lam D. Nguyen, D.O.

He is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, Texas. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 1994 and his Master's of Science in 1997. He completed his medical degree at Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, Glendale, Arizona in 2003.

He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Texas in 2007.Dr. Nguyen completed his fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas in 2008.
He joined Tulsa Pain Consultants in 2009. His interests include the treatment of neck and back pain. He is a member of the Tulsa County Medical Society as well as other professional organizations.


Brad
HUGO SALGUERO, MD

Dr. Salguero grew up in California and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology in 1997 from California State University, Los Angeles and proceeded to study genetics and received his Masters in Biology in 2001.  He completed his Medical Degree in 2005 at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine.  He also complimented his study of medicine with the Student-Run Free Clinics and completed projects abroad on preventive medicine.

Dr. Salguero completed a rotating internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX.  
He then completed his Anesthesiology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee in 2009 and proceeded to complete a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management from Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee in 2010.

He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Medical Association.  He is also a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP) and numerous other professional societies and organizations.

His interests include the treatment of back and neck pain, spinal interventional techniques, and implantable devices, and complex regional pain syndrome (reflex sympathetic dystrophy).

 
Brad
Dr. Lindsey Behlen D.O.M., M.S.A.O.M., DCP, DCPM, DCPAS, DCANT, Dip.OM.

Dr. Lindsey Behlen attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh for her undergraduate work of Biological Sciences and completing a portion of her education at the University of Cambridge, England. She completed her Masters in Science Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine through the Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and further completing her medical degree training in San Antonio, Texas in Integrative Interventional Pain Medicine. During the course of Dr. Behlen’s medical internship and residency she specialized in Gastroenterology and Pain Management, working with the Seton Hospital system in Austin, Texas.
Her medical externship was in Sport’s Medicine via the University of Concordia-Texas. With over a decade of working in healthcare, Dr. Behlen has also had experience in Medical Surgical, Oncology, Gynecology, Intensive Care, Emergent Care and Psychiatric. In addition to treating all chronic pain conditions, she treats patients for Infertility, Gastrointestinal disorders, Cancer related pain and Sport’s Injuries.

Dr. Behlen is Board Certified in Integrative Medicine from the American Association of Integrative Medicine (AAIM), a Diplomate of the College of Physicians, Diplomate of the College of Pain Management, Diplomate in the College of Pharmacology and Apothecary Sciences, Diplomate of the College of Acupuncture and Neuromuscular Therapy, Board Certified from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), Diplomate in Oriental Medicine (NCAOM), Certified by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM), Accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM), a professional member of the American Chronic Pain Association, the American Association of Integrative Medicine and the American Pregnancy Association.
